Other Pets Allowed: At Copper Chase we know that your pets are family and want to encourage responsible pet interactions for all residents. Copper Chase uses a third-party pet application service that is both simple and secure. All applicants must complete a PetScreening Pet, No Pet, or Animal Profile prior to final application approval. Pet Fees Include: Non-Refundable Pet Fee of $500 for one pet and $750 for two pets, as well as a Monthly Pet Rent of $20 per pet.
